Invitation to join Zaadz Pod: Transforming the "Capital"
in Capitalism ~ Change The System
Dear Friends
You're invited to join my one and only pod Transforming the “Capital” in Capitalism ~ Change The System. Some of you have already participated in the discussion seeded earlier in another board. I welcome you back
to join now.
Lets all be part of a shared dream and part of a collective
solution.
This pod will allow more people to join from many other
pods and hopefully outside zaadz. Discussions here are intended to be focused on changing the system, the key areas where
it needs to change and how that can be done through peaceful civic dialogue and community learning initiatives at grassroot
level.
To change an all encompassing system like capitalism inside
out our collective mind and collective will must be engaged. The outer reality will shift effortlessly, when a critical mass
of educated people get enlightened about inherent contradictions and unsustainability of our existing system! In case
of Economic collapse of the stock market or global financial system we would have the knowledge to quickly jump start a local
or even national economy of the people, by the people and for the people.
We need to know what money is, the definition
and function of money, how its value is best secured, why money need not be issued and circulated as debt or secured by gold,
who must issue and control the supply of money, what are the best ways to do trade among different regions/nations with different
currency, how best to allocate money to guarantee basic survival needs of all people and many such questions. Nothing is impossible
in the vast fearless and luminous space of mind!
I am happy to say that I have been invited to speak on
this subject in a local college in April. So please help me by giving some feedback on my article. I have
never presented using powerpoint (40 minutes presentation and 15 min questions) before, any suggestion you may have on presentation
is most welcome.
If you'd like to preview this pod before you join, visit it now.
Thanks for participating in a collective dream!
IMAGINE A SUSTAINABLE DEBT_FREE PEACE ECONOMY
WITH ABUNDANT JOY MONEY For all!!!

April 13 from 1:00-2:00 p.m.,
Oswald Auditorium. Susmita Barua, Transforming the 'Capital' in Capitalism.
The speaker invites you to a playful yet thought provoking exploration of a little understood and greatly feared
beast - the modern mythical dragon called "Capitalism"! Maybe there is a way to deconstruct this "Tyrannosaurus
Rex", once we are no longer afraid to look at it closely. Maybe we can all be part of a multipurpose solution rather
than part of an evergrowing boomeritis of poverty, war, injustice, pollution, institutional and social-mental dysfunctions
of all kinds. The evolutionary imperative now is to see how we can collectively engage our minds in addressing this systemwide
challenge by using the light of our own awareness and enlightened thinking. see comments on talk ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Rebecca C.
